I dropped off the face of the earth for a while, there, sorry! I've been over on nonnydrawls and Tumblr in general. Deviantart makes it a little hard for my hermit-y lifestyle. But I'll keep posting art here as well. Hi and thanks to all of the people who have stuck around!

Wow I can't believe it's already 2014. 
I have a project in the works with a friend of mine Sam Garland called Father Robot. I'll be doing the colors for the next several months. I'm also starting on a personal project called Rescued about a used bookstore owner.

The paper has been very fun to experiment with though.

I'm Still Alive

Wooooo I am back. 
Things have been really busy for me lately, which is why I haven't been around as much. Had another surgery that required several months of recovery time (actually technically I am still recovering I guess.) so most of my art right now is in sketch form unless it is Zombie Killers. I did get hired to color a comic book called Father Robot that will be coming out at San Diego Comic Con which is really exciting. I've also made the decision to stop posting Zombie Killers on here since this account seems to be full of fan stuff anyways. Also, some person posted some stuff on here that I didn't really have the energy to bother with at the time, but I might as well say something now. They harassed me on multiple outlets over something they think I spammed them with. They also got my Tumblr deleted instead of sending a PM asking me about it like a sane person so, you know, thanks. :/
Ok that was probably my drama quotient for the year. Hopefully more finished illustrations will begin to pour out of my brain and I'll stop abusing my poor sketchbooks with scribbles.

Let's Get it Good

Times are a-changin'! It's been a wild couple of months if I'm honest. I got a new iPad from the boyfriend which has dramatically increased my blogging/art-making for who knows why. It's kinda great though. Portfolio season is coming up soon too and I will be submitting along with the rest of the legions in the hope of getting a studio job this year.
It's actually been great that this winter has been so cold (well besides the arthritis - no I'm not THAT old my body just hates me!). That along with some specialized classes have really caused me to sit down and experiment and sort out what I enjoy most about art. It's been a good experience so far and I'm excited to bring that into Zombie Killers now that my little Christmas hiatus is over.
ANYHOO.. Keep your eye out for me and Sam Garland at BigWOW in May and watch out for more art as it will surely be increasing in regularity.
